Erα、Erβ及Bcl-2在子宫内膜息肉患者组织中的表达及意义评价

Evaluation of expression and significance by Ern, Ern and Bcl-2 in tissues of endometrial polyp patients

目的探究雌激素受体α(Erα)、雌激素受体β(Erβ)及B淋巴细胞瘤2(Bcl-2)在子宫内膜息肉患者组织中的表达情况以及意义。方法 100例子宫内膜息肉患者设为观察组,100例子宫内膜正常的健康女性设为对照组,比较两组研究对象Erα、Erβ、Bcl-2表达水平的差异。结果 1对照组增殖期Erα、Bcl-2表达水平明显高于分泌期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组无论在增殖期还是分泌期,其体内Erβ表达均呈弱阳性表达,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2观察组增殖期Erα、Bcl-2表达水平均明显高于分泌期,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Erβ表达水平在增殖期与分泌期均呈现较低水平,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3增殖期观察组Bcl-2表达水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Erα、Erβ表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。分泌期两组Erα、Bcl-2表达水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Erβ表达水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于子宫内膜息肉患者,其Erα、Bcl-2水平与健康人员有明显差异,因此,可通过对Erα、Bcl-2表达水平的检测来判定是否发生子宫内膜息肉以及息肉病情程度,临床意义重大。

Objective To investigate expression condition and significance by estrogen receptor α (Erα), estrogen receptor β (Erβ) and B-cell lymphoma 2 (Bcl-2) in tissues of endometrial polyp patients.Methods There were 100 patients with endometrial polyp as observation group, and 100 healthy female withnormal endometrium as control group. Comparison was made on expression levels of Erα, Erβ and Bcl-2between the two groups. Results ① The observation group had obviously higher expression levels of Erp, Erpand Bcl-2 in proliferating phase than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).The control group showed weakly positive expression of Ern in both proliferating phase and secretory phase, andthe difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05). ② The observation group had obviously higher expressionlevels of Erp and Bcl-2 in proliferating phase than those in secretory phase, and the difference had statisticalsignificance (P<0.05). Its Erd expression level was low in both proliferating phase and secretory phase, andthe difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05). ③ The observation group had obviously higher Bcl-2expression level in proliferating phase than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of expression levels of Erp and Ern between thetwo groups (P>0.05). The difference of expression levels of Erp and Bcl-2 in secretory phase had statisticalsignificance between the two groups (P<0.05). The difference of Er expression level between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion Endometrial polyp patients shows remarkable differences of expression levels of Erp and Bcl-2 in comparison with healthy people. Therefore, detection in expression levels of Erp and Bcl-2 can judge occurrence and severity of endometrial polyp, along with great clinical significance.
