血糖检验和尿糖检验在糖尿病患者中的临床价值探讨

Investigation of clinical value by blood glucose test and urine glucose test in diabetes patients

目的探究血糖检验与尿糖检验分别用于临床糖尿病诊断的可行性。方法 94例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均分别进行尿糖检验与血糖检验,对两种不同方式检验结果进行比较分析。结果 94例糖尿病患者血糖检验显示所有患者血糖水平均在6.1 mmol/L以上,检验准确率为100.0%,而尿糖检验显示5例为阴性,89例为阳性,检验准确率为94.7%。血糖检验的检验准确率明显高于尿糖检验,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.137,P<0.05)。结论血糖检验糖尿病准确度高于尿糖检测,后者会因客观因素出现一定漏诊情况。

Objective To investigate feasibility by blood glucose test and urine glucose test in clinical diagnosis of diabetes. Methods A total of 94 patients with diabetes as study subjects received blood glucose test and urine glucose test. Detection outcomes of the two tests were compared and analyzed. Results Blood glucose test for 94 patients showed all cases with blood glucose above 6.1 mmol/L, with detection accuracy rate as 100.0%. Urine glucose test showed 5 negative cases and 89 positive cases, with detection accuracy rate as 94.7%.Blood glucose test showed obviously higher detection accuracy rate than urine glucose test, and their difference had statistical significance (χ2=5.137, P<0.05). Conclusion Blood glucose test provides higher accuracy rate in detecting diabetes than urine glucose test, while the latter may show misdiagnosis due to subjective factors.
