米氮平治疗抑郁症及焦虑症的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical effect by mirtazapine in the treatment of depression disorder and anxiety disorder

目的研究分析米氮平治疗抑郁症与焦虑症的临床效果。方法 30例抑郁症患者作为抑郁组,30例焦虑症患者作为焦虑组,两组患者均采用米氮平药物治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后量表评分均明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抑郁组患者治疗的总有效率为90.0%,焦虑组患者治疗的总有效率为86.7%。抑郁组患者不良反应发生率为16.7%(5/30);焦虑组患者不良反应发生率为13.3%(4/30)。结论在抑郁症与焦虑症的治疗时,采用米氮平治疗均可以取得较好的治疗效果,且药物治疗起效快,不良反应少,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study and analyze clinical effect of mirtazapine in the treatment of depression disorder and anxiety disorder. Methods There were 30 depression disorder patients as depression group, and 30 anxiety disorder patients as anxiety group. Both groups received mirtazapine for treatment. Treatment effect and adverse reactions were observed in two groups. Results Both groups had lower scores after treatment than before treatment, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The depression group had total treatment effective rate as 90.0%, which was 86.7% in the anxiety group. The depression group had incidence of adverse reactions as 16.7%(5/30), which was 13.3%(4/30) in the anxiety group. Conclusion Mirtazapine provides excellent treatment effect for the treatment of depression disorder and anxiety disorder, with quick effect and little adverse reactions. So this method contains high clinical application value.
