浅析抗癫痫药物治疗耐药性部分性发作癫痫的临床效果

Clinical effect of antiepileptic drugs in the treatment of drug-resistant partial epilepsy

目的探讨分析耐药性部分性发作癫痫患者接受抗癫痫药物治疗的临床效果。方法 100例癫痫患者使用抗癫痫药物治疗后进行2年观察,观察治疗效果并分析治疗影响因素。结果本次研究中,共有20例患者缓解,占20%;有13例患者复发,7例患者保持缓解;80例患者失败,占80%。对失败原因进行分析,有≥4种药物失败,在治疗前发作频率≥4次/月与耐药性部分性发作癫痫治疗失败相关。结论临床中对耐药性部分性发作癫痫患者提供抗癫痫药物仍然有效,只是如果患者的治疗失败药物>4种,治疗前发作频率较高,则会对治疗效果产生影响。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of drug-resistant partial epilepsy patients treated by antiepileptic drugs. Methods A total of 100 epilepsy patients were observed for 2 years after antiepileptic drugs treatment. Observation and analysis were made on curative effect and influence factors.Results In this study, there were 20 remission cases, accounting for 20%, 13 recurrence cases, 7 retaining relief cases, and 80 failure cases, accounting for 80%. According to analysis of failure reasons, there were ≥ 4 kind of failed drugs, and seizure frequency ≥ 4 times/month before treatment was correlated to failure treatment of drug resistantpartial epilepsy. Conclusion Antiepileptic drugs is still effective in clinical for patients with drugresistant partial epilepsy, but for patients with failure drugs>4 kinds and high seizure frequency, the curative effect cand beinfluenced.
