摘要
利用CAE分析技术建立了某钢铝混合客车车身骨架有限元模型,对该客车实际路试中的2种典型工况(水平弯曲工况和扭转工况)进行了分析,得到了车身骨架结构的应力和位移分布情况。仿真结果表明:该客车车身骨架结构强度满足设计需求,特别是五大片铝制结构的需求强度均小于对应铝合金型材的屈服强度,具有较高的安全系数。
Finite element model is established for a certain steel aluminum bus frame using computer aided engineering(CAE)analysistechnology.Two typical working conditions are analyzed,including level bending and limiting torsion.The stress and displacementdistribution of the bus frame structure are obtained.The simulation results show that the strength of the body skeleton of the bus satisfiesthe design requirements.The demand strength for the five parts of aluminum structure is less than the yield strength of correspondingaluminum alloy profile,with a higher safety factor.
