摘要
为研究水下航行器对转涡轮动力系统,提出了对转涡轮动力分系统控制方案。一级涡轮结构采用燃料流量的控制方式,二级涡轮结构采用调节海水泵比例溢流阀压力改变海水泵吸收功率的控制方式,分别建立了各级涡轮转速闭环控制系统数学模型,并进行了水下航行器在恒定深度下的变速特性和变深过程中的稳速特性仿真。仿真结果表明,参数的变化特性符合期望值,动力系统变化过程快速、稳定。
To study the power system of counter-rotating turbine for an underwater vehicle,a control scheme of counter-rotating turbine power subsystems is proposed.The first stage turbine is controlled by the fuel flow,the second stageturbine is controlled by adjusting the proportional relief valve′s pressure of a sea water pump to change the absorbingpower.Then mathematical models of the closed cycle control system are established respectively for each stage turbine.The speed changing characteristics in constant depth and the steady speed characteristics at varying depth of the underwatervehicle are simulated.The results indicate that the changing characteristics of the parameters are in accordancewith the expected values and the changing process of the power system is fast and steady.
