河南省拥有悠久的历史和丰富的文化资源,其中所包含的中原农业水文化资源更是特征鲜明。中原农业水文化的内容蕴藏在农田水利工程、民俗、科技思想等方面。当前,中原农业水文化在河南绿色发展中起着非常重要的作用。但同时,中原农业水文化在建设过程中也面临着各种各样的问题。要想充分发挥农业水文化的作用,就必须要加强农业水文化建设在规划、宣传教育、队伍建设、新技术投入、遗产保护等方面的力度。
