Research on Risk Prevention of Internet of Things in Procurement Regulation under Supply Side Reform

本文主要以新常态公共服务下采购监管物联网服务为研究对象,从缺少管理平台、停留招标环节、未关注供应链、服务模式单一、欠缺服务协议、缺少产权保护等方面,追根溯源分析当前存在的原因和问题,探讨从成本管理、监管效率、产权保护三个方面制定相应的可实操的运作办法和实用方法,并提出切实可行的建议措施,从而实现物联网监管服务。

This paper mainly takes procurement supervision Internet of things service under the new nor?mal public service as the research object,from lacking management platform,staying in the bidding link,con?cerning no supply chain,single service mode and lacking service agreement,and lacking property rights protec?tion and other aspects,analyzes the problems and reasons from the trace,discusses and formulates correspond?ing feasible operational measures and practical method from three aspects of cost management,supervision effi?ciency,and property rights protection,and puts forward some practical suggestions and measures,so as to real?ize the supervision service of Internet of things.
