In the background of China entering the new era of Internet economy,enhancing the level ofHenan energy informatization is an important measure to promote the transformation and upgrading of industry.In this paper,the construction of Henan energy electronic bidding and procurement platform based on electronicauthentication is proposed,which demonstrates the authenticity,legitimacy,safety and effectiveness of the plat?form from two aspects of theory and practice,providing ideas and solutions for the construction of Henan energyinformatization towards in-depth development.
