线-网极配伏安特性实验研究

摘要 极配形式是静电除尘器的核心部件,其伏安特性常作为分析和评价电晕放电特性、电源性能与静电除尘器稳定运行的重要参数。空载条件下,实验研究了电晕线直径、正负极性、电场风速和空气相对湿度对线-网式静电除尘器伏安特性的影响。结果表明:电晕线直径、电晕极性对电晕电流有较大影响;电场风速对伏安特的影响在高电压和大风速时存在;空气相对湿度对击穿电压影响很大,在未达到空气饱和条件下,对起晕电压几乎无影响。 Electrode configuration is the key component of electrostatic precipitation,and the V-Icharacteristics of electrode are often used as important parameters to analyze and evaluate coronadischarge characteristic,power performance and ESP operation.The influence of corona wire diameter,positive and negative polarity,gas velocity and relative humidity had been studied under no-loadconditions of a wire-net electrostatic precipitation.The results showed the diameter of corona wire andcorona polarity had a great effect on corona current;under condition of the high voltage and large gasvelocity,gas velocity had an influence on V-I characteristics;relative humidity had a great impact onthe breakdown voltage,and there was little effect on inception voltage before reaching unsaturated air.
