基于多元回归模型的个私从业人数影响因素的实证分析

Analysis on Influencing Factors on Private Employment Based on Multiple Regression Models

利用陕西省2003-2013年的实际数据以及多元线性回归模型的理论方法,选取了财政收入、财政支出、税收以及非税收入等4个解释变量,研究了陕西省个私从业人数的影响因素。实证研究结果显示:陕西省个私从业人数受财政收入影响较为明显。基于上述结论,给出了相关政策与建议。

Using the actual data of2003-2013in Shaanxi Province and the related theory of multiplelinear regression model,and the main four explanatory variables including fiscal revenue,fiscalexpenditure,tax and non-tax revenue were chosen to study the influence factors on private employmentin Shaanxi Province.The empirical results showed:private employment was evidently affected by thefinancial income in Shaanxi province.Based on the above conclusions,the last part of the paper gavethe relevant policy and suggestions.
