摘要
金相显微分析实验是高等院校机械类和材料类专业必修的一门专业基础实验课,为了解决传统金相实验中图谱识别不清、实验环境嘈杂等不足,开发研究了基于LAN和图像识别技术的金相互动实验平台。平台采用C/S软件结构,利用Visual C#进行开发,分教师端和学生端,通过图像识别技术分辨金相显微镜下观察到的金相组织和相对百分含量,自动生成金相分析实验报告。整个过程学生端可通过LAN进行提问,教师端随时查看学生端遇到的各种问题,并提供及时有效的指导。成功提交实验报告中的金相图谱可为金相学的发展提供大数据支持。
Metallographic microscopic analysis experiment is one of the required courses of mechanicaland material engineering in colleges and universities.In order to solve the problems such as the lack ofmap recognition,the experimental environment and so on,the paper presents a metallographicinteractive experimental platform based on LAN and image recognition technology.The platform uses C/Ssoftware structure and Visual C#for programming,which is divided into teachers client and studentsclient.Students client can distinguish the metallographic structure and the relative percentage contentunder metallurgical microscope by image recognition technology,then the metallographic analysisexperiment can be automatically generated.Throughout the course of the experiment,students can askquestions through the LAN.Teachers client can view software interface of students client for providingadvice timely and efficiently.Metallographic atlas of experiment report submitted successfully canprovide data support for the development of metallography.
