一株产脂肪酶蜡状芽孢杆菌的分离鉴定

Isolation of a Lipase-Producing Strain of Bacillus cereus

从三角湖生活用水排污口取样,利用橄榄油培养基筛选产脂肪酶菌株。革兰染色结果为革兰氏阳性杆状菌;16SrDNA序列显示,该菌为蜡状芽孢杆菌;并从生理生化特征上进一步证实了是蜡状芽孢杆菌;对其生长曲线进行了测定;其生长规律与模式菌株大肠杆菌基本相同。对蜡状芽孢杆菌脂肪酶分解不同类型油脂的能力进行了评估,该菌脂肪酶对猪油分解能力强,橄榄油及花生油次之,对牛油分解能力差。

The sample was obtained from the Triangle Lake,and then was screened with the oil culturemedium.The gram staining result showed the stain was gram positive bacillus and the16SrDNAsequences showed the bacillus was Bacillus cereus,it was further confirmed by physiological andbiochemicaltests.The determination of growing curve showed its growing pattern was closed to E.Coli.The lipolytic activity of the lipase was tested by different types of oil culture medium,and the resultsindicated that the lipase showed different decomposition efficiency and from high to low were in lard,olive oil,peanut oil and butter.
