浅议“互联网+”时代的特色气象服务——以南京信大气象科技有限公司实践为例 被引量:3

摘要 根据中国气象服务协会发布的《中国气象服务产业发展报告(2014)》,目前我国气象事业发展迅速而政府拨款相对减少,气象服务市场的潜力巨大,商业气象服务迎来了前所未有的机遇。随着互联网及通信技术的迅猛发展,公众、企业获得气象信息的途径日益增多,气象服务也出现了基于移动社交平台、用户体验和智能天气设备的新模式。但是我国气象服务体系目前尚不能有效满足社会需求,相关部门急需促成气象服务的市场化,增强气象数据的共享,同时气象服务公司需要深入理解用户需求,积极培养专业气象服务人才,努力为用户提供专业的特色气象服务。本文还基于南京信大气象科技有限公司针对风力发电和航空运输两大领域,为相关企业开展了定制专业气象服务的实践,阐述商业化特色气象服务的特征。 According to the “China Meteorological Service Industry Development Report (2014)” issued by China Meteorological Service Association, the meteorological service has developed rapidly and the government funding is relatively reduced. The meteorological service market has great potential, and meteorological service companies get unprecedented opportunities. With the rapid development of Internet and communication technology, the public and enterprises have more and more ways to obtain meteorological information. Meteorological service also appeared new model based on mobile social platform, user’s checking experience and intelligent weather equipment. However, China’s meteorological service system is not yet able to effectively meet the needs of the community, The relevant departments need to promote the marketization of meteorological services, and to enhance the sharing of meteorological data, Meteorological services companies need to understand user’s needs in-depth,to actively train the professional meteorological servicers, and to strive to provide users with Professional characteristics of meteorological services. The Company has served to two major areas of the wind farm and the air transport enterprises for customization of the professional meteorological service. Meteorological services to the users with a quit benefits and has gotten the user’s praise.
