摘要
在电动汽车大力推广、充电基础设施快速发展之时,电动汽车充电设施质量、安全和服务等方面存在诸多问题,直流充电桩的测试和评价体系亟待建立。对电动汽车直流充电桩的基本构成和工作流程进行了介绍,深入分析了与直流充电桩、通信等相关技术的国家标准,调研了现存问题,梳理了关键测评指标。比较实地调研结果和测评指标,对指标进行了修正和完善。研究表明:直流充电桩综合测评指标体系最终达成了功能性、可靠性、易用性、协议一致性、通信信号质量等目标,为后续电动汽车直流充电桩的科学测评奠定了基础。
With the vigorous promotion of Electric Vehicles(EV)and rapid development of charginginfrastructure,there exist several problems of EV charging infrastructure from aspects including quality,safety and service,urging for the establishment of evaluation index hierarchy for Direct-Current(D.C.)charging stations.Based on an introduction to the general architecture and work flow of a D.C.EVcharging station,and combined with national standards associated with its technology and communication,its existing problems are investigated,and its core evaluation indexes are arranged.Through a furthermodification and improvement on evaluation indexes as per field investigation results,an indication of acomprehensive evaluation index hierarchy for D.C.EV charging stations is ultimately achieved in terms offunctionality,reliability,accessibility,protocol consistence and communication signal performance,layingout a fundamental guidance for future evaluation on D.C.EV charging stations.
