超前帷幕注浆技术止浆性能优异,在隧道施工中应用广泛。以某隧道工程左线进口D K 2 8+1 0 5段为研究对象,设计注浆方案,确定注浆参数,归纳施工要点,全面开展超前帷幕注浆施工。施工效果表明:施工准备充分,设备、技术先进,保证了总体施工速度与效果。注浆孔数较少,分段长度增大,节约了施工成本和钻孔—注浆转换时间。施工项目圆满通过验收,为类似工程树立了典范。

Advanced curtain grouting has excellent grouting performance and is widely used in tunnelconstruction.DK28+105segment of the left line entrance in a tunnel project is taken as the researchobject,to carry out design on the grouting scheme,determination of the grouting parameters,andsummarization on the main points of the construction,and ultimately carry out comprehensive curtaingrouting construction.The construction effects show that,the preparation is ample,the equipment andtechnology are advanced,and the overall construction speed and effect are ensured.The amount ofgrouting holes is small,increasing the segment length and saving the construction cost and the drilling/grouting conversion time.Successful acceptance of such a construction project sets up a model for similarprojects.
