关于催化剂起燃特性对排放影响的探讨

On Discussion of Impacts on Emissions Originated from Catalyst Light Off Characteristics

摘要 起燃特性是三效催化剂的重要特性之一,空燃比、点火提前角、发动机怠速转速为其主要影响因素。通过上述参数的调试,优化了标定文件,探讨了起燃特性对污染物排放的影响。试验表明:当怠速转速提高400 rpm/min,点火角推迟10度,空燃比降低10%时,整车排放得到了优化,满足了轻型汽车污染物"国5排放标准",有助于整车厂家实现节能减排目标。 Light off is one of the important characteristics of three-way catalyst.Air/fuel ratio,ignitionadvance angle and engine idle speed,are three main factors of it.Through adjustments of aboveparameters,the calibrated file is optimized,and the impacts of light off characteristics on pollutantemission are discussed.Tests show that,when the idle speed is accelerated by400rpm/min,ignition angleis delayed by10degrees,and the air/fuel ratio decreased by10%,automobile emissions are optimizedto meet the"5th National Emission Standard",helping automobile manufacturers to achieve the target ofenergy conservation and emission reduction.
