摘要
以投影仪底板为研究对象,利用Moldflow软件对其注塑成型过程进行了模拟分析。在两种不同的浇口方案中进行了优选,对多项因素加以分析并优化。结果表明:优化使得填充时间减少,注塑压力增大,流动前沿温度稳定,熔接痕合格,且气穴排出,满足了制品要求。优化设计使得修模次数减少,产品开发周期缩短,模具设计效率提高,具有普遍指导意义。
The projector’s baseplate is taken as the research object to carry out simulation on itsinjection molding using Moldflow software.An optimized scheme is determined among two differentgate approaches,and further,various factors are analyzed and optimized,to achieve reduction on fillingtime,increase on injection pressure,stabilization on temperature at flow front,qualify on weld line,anddischarge on cavitation,satisfying product requirements.Above analysis and optimization reduce moldrepairing times,shorten product development cycle,and improve molding design efficiency,indicating auniversal guiding significance.
