摘要
实现城市电网优化运行,区域保护控制和输配协调电压控制技术很关键。从系统构架与协调策略、连锁信息区域电网线路保护、实时信息多级链式电网区域备自投三大方面分析了区域保护控制技术;从动态无功优化配置、控制技术考虑因素与控制系统架构三大方面分析了协调电压控制技术。两大控制技术分析研究,可为我国城市电网优化运行、智能化、绿色化提供有效参考。
With the increase of electric power demand and the improvement of living standard,the risksand problems of traditional power grid are highlighted,urging for the innovation of power grid technology.The optimized operation of urban power grid is taken as an example to carry out descriptions on controltechnologies including regional protection and coordinated voltage.For the former,three aspectsincluding systematical architecture and coordination strategy,regional power grid line protection for chaininformation,and automatic bus transfer equipment for real-time multi-level chain grid are analyzed;andfor the latter,three aspects including dynamic reactive power optimization,factors of control technologyfor consideration and systematical architecture for control are illustrated.Six major issues for thesetwo control technologies are discussed for providing an effective reference for the intelligence andgreenization of urban power grid technology.
