摘要
考察了国内外电液伺服阀的技术和成果创新态势,研究了动态性能测试方法,描述了其应用特点。研究表明:结构优化、工艺提升、新材应用料及测试系统完善是电液伺服阀的创新之路;应根据不同应用领域和适用条件,有针对性地研发多种类型的电液伺服阀;电液伺服阀控制精度高、响应迅速、可靠性好等优势,使其发展前景可观。希望相关研究为电液伺服阀的深度研发提供参考。
The domestic and foreign innovative trends and achievements of electrohydraulic servo valveare investigated,and its application characteristics are described through the dynamic performance test.Research shows that,the structure optimization,process improvement,new materials application and testsystem improvement are the roads of innovations of electrohydraulic servo valve;target of research anddevelopment of different types of electrohydraulic servo valve should be based on different applicationareas and conditions;advantages such as high precision,rapid response and good reliability forms apromising development of the electrohydraulic servo valve.It is expected that the relevant research ishelpful for indication on the direction for deep research and development of electrohydraulic servo valve.
