摘要
原有电动机控制电路在传统机床中易发生故障,需技术改造。基于单时基NE555定时器工作原理,设计了由双稳态触发电路、两个单时基NE555定时器组成的双时基NE556定时器,最终实现双稳态触发电路、双时基NE556定时器与双向晶闸管等构成的三相电动机正反转控制电路。以无触点控制方式达到了控制电动机启动、停止、正反转等功能,同时能够实现断相、过载保护。技术改造项目提高了机床安全性能。
Classic control circuit for motors cannot guarantee users’experience of traditional machineries,so its technological transformation is urgently needed.A bistable tigger circuit as well as a dual timebaseNE556timer composed of two single timebase NE555timers are designed based on the working principleof NE555,and ultimately,a positive and negative rotation for three-phase motors is established by thecombinations of bidirectional thyristor and above components.Targets including start,stop and positive/negative rotation are achieved by means of non-contact control mode,and moreover,protections onphase failure and overload are also realized,indicating that a successful technological transformation forimproving production efficiency is obtained.
