通过对福建省独立学院办学发展现状及评估情况进行梳理和分析,在比较和借鉴国外高等教育评估模式以及指标体系的情况下,对高等教育新常态时期如何优化独立学院评估模式和指标体系提出了具体举措。

The paper investigated and analyzed the current situation and the evaluation of the development of the independent colleges in Fujian Province. Meanwhile, it compared the foreign higher education evaluation model and the index system. Under the new higher education new norm, the paper put forward measures on how to optimize the evaluation mode and index system of the independent colleges.
