摘要
教学服务型大学作为转型期的新型大学,在内部治理方面呈现出校—院系间科层气质浓厚以及各委员会职能发挥不够等问题。在对威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校内部治理进行分析与借鉴的基础上,得出我国教学服务型大学应该根据委员会发挥的职能决定其人员构成、将学术权力的重心下移到院系基层组织等策略。
A teaching-service-oriented university, a new type of university in the transition period, is showed problems that bureaucratic temperament is existed among university, college and department and the committee functions is not enough in the internal governance. Based on the analysis and reference of the internal governance of University of Wisconsin, Madison, the teaching-service-oriented university should determine the compositionaccording to the committee to play the function, shiftacademic power to the department of grassroots organizations.
