基于农民生计视角的梵净山生态保护溢出效应研究

Study on the Spillover Effect of the Ecological Protection in Fanjing Mountain from the Perspective of Peasants' Livelihood

生态保护具有外部性,研究其外部溢出效应势在必行。文章从农民生计视角出发,构建了农民收入指标和生计策略指标,分析认为生态保护的外部溢出效应对农民生计有重要影响,同时,农民生计行为也直接影响着生态保护。结果显示,满足和完善农民生计诉求能够增加生态保护正溢出,实现生态保护与农民生计的可持续发展。

Ecological protection bears the quality of externality , so it is imperative to have a study on its spillover effect. This article, from the perspective of peasants’ livelihood, constructs an index of their incomes and their livelihood strategies. It is analyzed that the spillover effect has a significant influence on peasants’ livelihood and meanwhile their livelihood behaviors have a direct influence on the ecological protection as well .The result shows that satisfying and perfecting peasants’ livelihood appeals will increase the positive spillover effect of ecological protection, hence realizing the sustainable development between the ecological protection and peasants’ livelihood.
