摘要
理论上分析了表面等离子共振、长程表面等离子共振和导波共振传感器的灵敏度,导出了这类共振模传感器灵敏度统一的解析公式。公式表明,有两项措施可有效提高传感器的灵敏度。首先,必须置待测材料于高功率密度区域;其次,应以低有效折射率的共振模为探针。
Sensitivity analysis for surface plasmon resonance, long-rang surface plasmon resonance and guided wave resonance sensor is presented in this paper. Theoretical formula of the sensitivity for these sensors is given in a unified form. It is shown that there are two ways to enhance the sensitivity. One is that the sample should be placed in the area with high-power density. Another is that the effective refractive index of the mode which serves as the sensor probe should be as small as possible. Based on above analysis, the numerical comparison showes that sensitivity of the hollow-core metal-cladding waveguide sensor is greatly larger than that of the evanescent field sensor.
