频谱分析仪在电磁兼容测试中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 结合频谱分析仪的原理,得到了频谱分析仪工作在最佳工作状态的设置。因其最佳工作状态是由诸多因素、参数决定的,而各种参数之间又相互关联,因此在设置频谱仪时需要统筹考虑。对影响其最佳工作状态的主要参数,如输入衰减、前置放大、混频、分辨率带宽、视频带宽、扫频宽度和扫描时间等,作了重点介绍。频谱分析仪在电磁兼容分析方面有着广泛的应用,它能够在扫描范围内精确的测量和显示各个频率上的信号特性,使我们能够直观的观测电信号的频率特性。 Combined with the principle of spectrum analyzer, we present the setting of it working in the best state.Due to its best working state determined by many factors and parameters, the various parameters are related to each other, so it need to be consider as a entire thing when setting spectrum analyzer. Parameters related to the best working state, such as input attenuation, preamplifier, mixing, resolution bandwidth, video bandwidth, frequency sweep width and scanning time, etc. were mainly introduced. Spectrum analyzer is widely used in EMC analysis. It can accurately measure each frequency and display on the signal features, enable us to intuitive observation frequency characteristics of the electrical signals. With auxiliary equipment, we present the application of spectrum analyzer, such as positioning interference source, confirming the same frequency interference, screening adjacent frequency interference and structuring EMI pretest system.
