老年慢阻肺合并冠心病患者使用β受体阻滞剂的安全性及疗效

The safety and effect of beta blockers applied in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨β受体阻滞剂治疗老年慢阻肺合并冠心病患者的安全性及疗效。方法:收治老年慢阻肺合并冠心病患者60例,分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予β受体阻滞剂治疗,比较两组临床疗效及安全性。结果:试验组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后室性期前收缩少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:β受体阻滞剂治疗老年慢阻肺合并冠心病患者的疗效理想。

Objective:To investigate the safety and effect of beta blocker in the treatment of elderly patients with chronicobstructive pulmonary disease combined with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:60cases of elderly patients with chronicobstructive pulmonary disease combined with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups.The control group was givenconventional treatment.The experiment group was treated with beta blocker on the basis of the control group.The clinical effectand safety of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the experiment group was higher than that of the controlgroup(P<0.05).After treatment,the ventricular premature beats in the experiment group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Beta blockers in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined withcoronary heart disease had ideal clinical effect.
