替米沙坦联合小剂量吲达帕胺治疗老年原发性高血压的疗效观察

Curative effect of telmisartan combined with low-dose indapamide in the treatment of elderly patients with primary hypertension

目的:探讨替米沙坦联合小剂量吲达帕胺治疗老年原发性高血压的疗效。方法:收治老年原发性高血压患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用替米沙坦治疗,观察组采用替米沙坦联合小剂量吲达帕胺治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗有效率和血压控制情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:替米沙坦联合小剂量吲达帕胺治疗老年原发性高血压的疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of telmisartan combined with low-dose indapamide in the treatment of elderlypatients with primary hypertension.Methods:100elderly patients with primary hypertension were selected.They were randomlydivided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with telmisartan.The observation group wastreated with telmisartan combined with low-dose indapamide.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In theobservation group,the treatment effectiveness and blood pressure control were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of telmisartan combined with low-dose indapamide in the treatment of elderly patients withprimary hypertension was significant.
