两种根管治疗急性牙髓炎方法的疗效比较

Comparative effect of two kinds of root canal in the treatment of acute pulpitis

目的:比较两种根冠治疗急性牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法:收治急性牙髓炎患者132例,随机分为两组。试验组给予一次性根管治疗,对照组给予传统多次根管治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:试验组有效率87.9%,对照组有效率62.1%。观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性牙髓炎采用一次性根管治疗的临床疗效优于传统多次根管治疗。

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of two kinds of root canal in the treatment of acute pulpitis.Methods:132casesof patients with acute pulpitis were divided into two groups randomly.The experiment group was given one-visit endodonticstreatment.The control group was given traditional multiple-visit endodontics treatment.The clinical effect of the two groups werecompared.Results:The effective rate of the experiment group was87.9%,and the effective rate of the control group was62.1%.Theeffective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:One-visit endodontics treatment for acute pulpitis had better clinical effect than that of traditional multiple-visitendodontics treatment.
