生长抑素与泮托拉唑钠联合应用对重症急性胰腺炎的治疗效果

Therapeutic effect of combined application of somatostatin and pantoprazole sodium on severe acute pancreatitis

目的:探讨泮托拉唑钠联合生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果。方法:收治重症急性胰腺炎患者46例,分为参照组与试验组各23例,参照组给予生长抑素与奥美拉唑联合治疗,试验组给予泮托拉唑钠联合生长抑素治疗。结果:试验组呼吸机撤离时间、疼痛缓解时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间、总有效率等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:泮托拉唑钠联合生长抑素治疗重症急性胰腺炎效果更佳。

Objective:To investigate the effect of somatostatin and pantoprazole sodium in the treatment of severe acutepancreatitis.Methods:46patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected.They were divided into the control group and theexperimental group with23cases in each group.The control group were treated with omeprazole combined with somatostatintreatment.The experimental group were treated with pantoprazole sodium combined with somatostatin treatment.Results:In theexperimental group,the weaning time,pain relief time,recovery time of gastrointestinal function and total effective rate weresignificantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of pantoprazole sodium combined withsomatostatin in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis is better.
