中西医保守治疗阑尾炎的临床疗效

Clinical effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the conservative treatment of appendicitis

目的:探讨中西医保守治疗阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法:收治阑尾炎患者100例,随机分为两组。对照组给予西医治疗,治疗组给予中药联合西药治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗急慢性阑尾炎的疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the conservative treatmentof appendicitis.Methods:100cases of patients with appendicitis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group wasgiven western medicine treatment.The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicinetreatment.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was higher thanthat of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of traditional Chineseand western medicine in the treatment of acute and chronic appendicitis had significant curative effect.
