健脾通络汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of Jianpi Tongluo decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency type of chronic atrophic gastritis

目的:探讨健脾通络汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效。方法:收治脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者20例,随机分为观察组和对照组各10例。对照组给予常规基础西药治疗,观察组给予健脾通络汤治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾通络汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Jianpi Tongluo decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency typeof chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:20patients with spleen and stomach deficiency type of chronic atrophic gastritis wereselected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with10cases in each.The control groupwas given the conventional western medicine treatment.The observation group was given Jianpi Tongluo decoction.Results:Thetotal effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptom score of theobservation group after the treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Jianpi Tongluodecoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency type of chronic atrophic gastritis is significant.
