摘要 目的:探讨不同采血时间条件下甲状腺功能检测结果的差异。方法:收集进行甲状腺功能检测的患者150例,分别于清晨7:00空腹和进食早餐1 h后抽血。结果:空腹与早餐后1 h甲状腺功能检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采血时间对甲状腺功能检测结果无影响,因此抽血前不用考虑是否进餐。 Objective:To investigate the difference of thyroid function test results under different blood sampling time.Methods:Thyroid function tests were performed in150patients,in the early morning7:00fasting and eating breakfast after1h bloodrespectively.Results:There was no significant difference between the fasting and1h after breakfast on thyroid function(P>0.05).Conclusion:Blood sampling time had no effect on the results of thyroid function test.Therefore,it is unnecessary to considerwhether or not to eat.
