氟骨症关节改变与退行性骨关节病放射学鉴别诊断研究

Study on the differential diagnosis between the radiology changes of joint changes in skeletal fluorosis and degenerative joint disease

目的:探讨氟骨症关节改变与退行性骨关节病的放射学改变特征。方法:收治氟骨症患者30例及退行性骨关节病患者20例,进行数字化X线检查。结果:氟骨症的关节X线阳性率、胫骨上段增生率、股骨下段增生率、胫骨踝间突率、髌骨增生率低于退行性关节病患者(P<0.05);重度氟骨症患者关节周围骨密度组低于其他组,中度高于其他组(P<0.05)。结论:相较于退行性骨关节病,氟骨症关节改变发生率更低,改变证据更少;严重的氟骨症才可表现出关节病变,同时伴低骨密度。

Objective:To investigate the radiographic feature changes of joint changes in skeletal fluorosis and degenerative jointdisease.Methods:30patients with skeletal fluorosis and20patients with degenerative joint disease were selected.We did the digitalX-ray examination for them.Results:The X-ray positive rate of joint,upper tibial fracture rate,lower tibial fracture rate,tibiaand ankle rate,patellar hyperplasia rate of skeletal fluorosis was lower than those of the patients with patellar degenerative jointdisease(P<0.05);bone mineral density in patients with severe skeletal fluorosis was lower than that in other groups,and the moderatepatients was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with degenerative joint disease,the incidence of skeletal fluorosis is lower and the evidence of change is less,and severe skeletal fluorosis can show joint lesionsand low bone density.
