集束化护理干预在连续性血液净化导管相关性血液感染患者护理中的应用

Application of cluster nursing intervention in nursing of patients with catheter-related bloodstream infection in continuous blood purification

目的:探讨集束化护理干预在连续性血液净化导管相关性血液感染患者护理中的应用价值。方法:收治连续性血液净化治疗患者90例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予集束化护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组治疗费用、住院天数、置管时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组CRBSI发生率、发生时间以及持续时间、死亡事件发生率、投诉事件率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理干预运用于连续性血液净化导管相关性血液感染患者的护理中可取得显著效果,降低相关性血液感染发生率。

Objective:To explore the application value of cluster nursing intervention in nursing of patients with catheter-relatedbloodstream infection in continuous blood purification.Methods:90cases of patients with continuous blood purification weredivided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing.The experiment group was given cluster nursingintervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment cost,length of stay and indwelling time of tube in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Theincidence of CRBSI,time of occurrence and duration,incidence of death and the rate of complaints in the experiment group weresignificantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing intervention for patients withcatheter-related bloodstream infection in continuous blood purification could achieve significant effect and reduce the incidenceof catheter-related bloodstream infection.
