手术室急性大失血患者输血治疗的护理体会

Nursing experience of the transfusion treatment of patients with acute massive hemorrhage in operation room

目的:对急性大失血患者输血治疗方法与护理效果进行观察分析。方法:收治急性大失血患者40例,随机分为两组,各20例。对照组给予单采血小板输注治疗,观察组给予血小板联合冷沉淀凝血因子输注治疗,两组患者均给予一定的护理,对比两组患者的输血治疗效果与护理效果。结果:观察组的有效止血率、平均止血时间、24 h内悬浮红细胞续用量与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用血小板联合冷沉淀凝血因子对急性大失血患者进行输血治疗,再增施一定的护理,可获得显著的止血效果,提升治疗效率,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To observe and analyze the transfusion treatment method and nursing effect of patients with acute massivehemorrhage.Methods:40patients with acute massive hemorrhage were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with20cases in each.The control group was given single platelet transfusion treatment.The observation group was given plateletcombined with cryoprecipitated antihemophilic factors infusion treatment.The patients in two groups were given certain nursing.The transfusion treatment effects and nursing effects were compared between groups.Results:The effective hemostasis rate,averagehemostasis time,suspension red blood cells continued dosage in24hours of the observation group were compared with those of thecontrol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of platelet combined withcryoprecipitated antihemophilic factors infusion on the patients with acute massive hemorrhage for transfusion treatment,addingcertain nursing,can obtain better hemostatic effect,and improve the treatment efficiency.It has a high clinical application value.
