品管圈活动对手术间规范化管理质量的影响

Influence of quality control circle activities on standardized management of operation room

目的:通过开展品管圈(QCC)活动规范手术间质量管理。方法:自制检查表,对手术间质量控制出现的问题进行统计,对真因进行干预。结果:通过QCC活动,手术间不规范发生率显著降低。结论:QCC活动提高了手术间的管理,保障了手术室的环境质量及物品管理。

Objective:Standardize the operation quality management by developing quality control circle(QCC)activities.Methods:Through the self-made checklist,we analyzed the problems in the quality control of the operation,and carried out interventions onreal causes.Results:Through the QCC activity,the non-standard incidence rate of operation room was significantly reduced.Conclusion:QCC activities improved the management of the operation room and ensured the operation room environmental qualityand goods management.
