高扬程铸造体水泵出水口断裂修补工艺设计

摘要 水泵出水口断裂造成水泵无法使用,水泵出水口的材质是QT400,是铸造体,如果直接焊接会造成泵体炸裂。通过方案对比分析,决定采用打磨斜口,用D516F焊条进行缝焊、不锈钢焊条全面焊接,边焊接边加热,焊接后保温,然后用高强度耐磨胶处理,保证了水泵出水口的正常使用。 The fracture in the water outlet of the water pump caused the pumps not be used, the water outlet of the water pump is made of QT400, is the casting body, the direct welding will cause the pump body breaking.Through the comparison and analysis, decided to adopt the polishing bevel connection, make slit bonding with D516F electrode, comprehensive welding with stainless steel electrode, welding and heating, after welding, thermal insulation, and then use the method of high strength wear-resistant rubber processing, to ensure the normal operation of the water pump outlet.
