煤矿岩巷掘进矸石装运系统升级改造

Upgrading of gangue transportation system in rock Roadway excavation

新安煤业通过不断探索,抓住制约岩巷单进水平提高的矸石装运环节,在34采区轨道下山迎头采用了ZCY-80R侧卸式装岩机,后跟SDJ80皮带输送机连续运输,卸载点采用ST-20(B)型移动矸石仓,推行岩巷掘进运输系统创新,从迎头装岩、胶带连续运输到移动矸石仓,形成了一套完善的机械化排矸系统,大大提高了岩巷工作效率。

In Xin'an coal industry, through continuous exploration, seizing the restricted factors that affected the level of rock gangway single pierce, implementing of rock roadway transportation system innovation, during driving track dip of 34 mining area, using ZCY-80R side unloading rock loading machine, followed by SDJ80 continuous belt conveyor transport, unloading point by ST-20 (B) mobile gangue warehouse, loading in heading, continuous transport belt and the mobile gangue warehouse, has formed a set of mechanical gangue discharging system, greatly improved the work efficiency of rock roadway.
