矿用宾汉姆流体管输滑移效应研究发展

摘要 矿用充填及喷浆物料属于宾汉姆流体,宾汉姆流体的管输滑移性能影响管道的输送。文章分析了滑移层形成的机理,是由于颗粒在剪切力的作用下形成的,并概括介绍国外学者对滑移层研究的进展,着重分析了先进的粒子测速技术及数值模拟对滑移层的应用。 Filling materials and wet-mix shotcrete that both are used in mines belongs to the Bingham, and the slip layer effect the flow of materials in pipes. The paper analyses the formation of slip layer that is caused by the particle migration due to shear. Additionaly, the abroad development of slip layer is also introduced. Thereinto, the advanced technology for measuring particle velocity and simulation that both are used for testing slip layer are mainlyintroduced.
