当前一些企业由于受各种经济利益的驱动,存在"超能力、超强度、超定员"开采等现象,安全事故时常发生。本文通过分析当前煤矿生产中存在的主要问题和矛盾,提出了防范措施,坚决遏制煤矿安全事故的发生。
