摘要
针对引信系统电子类单机寿命长、可靠性高、试验子样少的特点,通过对不同试验与数据评估的比较,提出了基于激活能预估的加速寿命试验设计与评价方法。试验结果表明:采用关键、薄弱环节激活能替代引信电子类单机产品激活能进行加速寿命试验设计和评估的方法可行,有助于解决此类产品寿命与可靠性评估因研制周期紧凑、参试子样少造成的困难。
In view of the characteristics of long life,high reliability and low test sample of the electronic class of the fuze systems,the method of the accelerated life test design and evaluation based on activation energy estimation is proposed.The results show thatthe method is feasible for the design and evaluation of the accelerated life test design and evaluation of the electronic products of thefuze by using the key and weak links.
