某微车驱动桥壳结构强度及刚度分析

摘要 文章运用三维软件UG建立驱动桥壳的几何模型,然后将简化的模型导入hypermesh软件中,建立驱动桥壳的有限元模型,然后在abaqus软件中建立驱动桥壳典型工况下的强度和驱动桥壳刚度分析模型,得出应力和变形云图,结果表明驱动桥壳的强度和刚度满足设计要求,该方法为新产品的结构设计提供重要的参考依据。 In this paper,use UG establish drive axle shell geometric model,then a simplified model import hypermeshsoftware,establish finite element models of drive axle housing,and then in abaqus software to establish the strength of thedrive axle shell under typical working conditions And drive axle shell stiffness analysis model,get the stress and deformationnephogram,the results show that the drive axle shell strength and stiffness meet the design requirements,the method forstructure design of the new product to provide important reference basis.
