某车型空调怠速制冷性能提升

摘要 文章主要针对七八月份市场反馈某车型空调怠速制冷效果不理想问题,提出一种改进空调怠速制冷性能方案,在现有前端模块基础上额外增加一个冷凝器风扇,冷凝器风扇为借用件,无需开模,改动结构小,并通过试验对比验证双冷凝风扇确实可以提升某车型空调怠速制冷性能,可有效解决市场反馈的怠速制冷效果不理想问题,减少客户抱怨,满足用户需求。 Because the cooling performance of air conditioning idle speed is not ideal from the market feedback in July andAugust,an improved scheme for this vehicle is proposed in this paper.On the basis of the existing front-end module weadd a condensing fan which is a borrowed part,and this fan is simple to install.By the test data comparison of two differentstates,the double condensing fans can effectively enhance the cooling performance of the vehicle air conditioning idlespeed.This condensing fan has been applied in this vehicle,and the performance has satisfied the customer needs.
