基于行人保护的汽车风挡玻璃破裂特性模拟 被引量:1

Simulation for Windshield Fracture Characteristics Based on Pedestrian Protection

摘要 文章结合LS-DYNA仿真分析与实车试验,对行人保护头部与风挡玻璃的碰撞过程进行了探讨。通过材料试验,对夹层玻璃中每层材料的力学性能进行了分析;通过实车冲击试验,研究了风挡玻璃断裂原理以及裂纹扩展规律;建立CAE模型并与试验进行对比,在E-NCAP工况下验证模型的可行性和准确性。为工程设计要求的风挡玻璃材料参数测量和行人保护头部撞击风挡玻璃模型预测提供参考。 The paper combined LS-DYNA simulation and real vehicle testing,research on windshield response propagationin the case of a pedestrian’s head impact.Analyzed each layer’s mechanical properties of laminated glass by the materialspecimen testing.The real vehicle windshield impact testing has been done.Windshield impact fracture principle and thecrack propagation law was analyzed.Established CAE models and the comparison of real vehicle windshield impact testingunder E-NCAP condition is completed.The FEM prediction model which meets the engineering requirements of thepedestrian protection was put forward.
