摘要
文章基于Flowmaster软件建立某型汽油机润滑系统的一维仿真模型。首先模拟该发动机整改前油压分布状况,将计算结果与试验数据进行对比分析,确认分析模型的准确性。原系统中增加发动机排气VVT润滑有道,系统油压降低,通过计算分析发现:将机油泵的性能提升至12L/rev即可满足发动机的运行需求。
By using flowmaster software,this paper carried out1D numerical simulation to one gasoline engine lubricationsystem.Simulated the pressure distribution of this engine then compared to test data.Design exhaust VVT in this system thenevaluate the pressure of amended system,the oil pressure can not meet the standard.Increase the performance of oil pump to12l/rev can meet the demand of the operation of the engine.
