摘要
基于运动学和动力学的方法,建立转向机构的数学模型和虚拟样机模型,分别利用Matlab和Adams对数学模型和虚拟样机模型进行运动学和动力学分析,验证了模型的正确性。然后利用Matlab对原转向机构进行优化,并分析了设计参数对优化结果的影响,而优化结果在Adams里也得到了进一步的验证。最后根据得到的优化参数建立转向机构模型。研究结果表明,联合利用Matlab和Adams进行转向机构的设计,不但可以互相验证计算过程中的正确性,还能减少前期试验的次数,对于转向系统的设计具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the method of kinematic and dynamics,mathematical model and virtual prototyping of the steeringmechanism were built,used Matlab and Adams to conduct kinematics and dynamics analysis,and the correctness of themodel was verified.Then used Matlab to optimize the original steering mechanism,and influence of design parameterswere analyzed,as well the optimization result was validated in Adams.Last according to the optimized parameters,newsteering mechanism was built.The results show that use Matlab and Adams to design steering mechanism,not only canverify the correctness of each calculation process,but also reduce the number of experiment,it provided certain referencevalue for the optimization design of the steering system.
