摘要
目的:探讨零回波时间(ZTE)技术磁共振血管造影(MRA)在脑血管畸形中的应用价值与临床意义。方法:选取经脑血管造影明确诊断的脑血管畸形患者17例,采用ZTE技术进行MRA扫描成像,对比常规时飞法磁共振血管造影(TOF-MRA)和脑血管造影,分析ZTE-MRA的准确性、可靠性和特异性。结果:17例脑血管畸形患者常规TOF-MRA显示异常11例,ZTE-MRA则能全部显示病灶;TOFMRA显示异常11例中有6例显示病灶范围不全,只有主干异常血管没有分支异常血管;ZTE-MRA全部完全显示病灶范围,包括主干和分支异常血管均显示清楚。结论:ZTE技术MRA采用接近零TE技术成像,消除湍流、漫流血液影响,能够准确显示异常血管,较常规TOF法MRA显示清晰,可靠性和特异性与数字减影血管造影(DSA)相比较有差异,可初步取代有创性DSA检查。
Objective: To explore the application value and clinical significance of cerebral vascular malformation with zero time of echo(ZTE) technique magnetic resonance angiography (MRA). Methods: 17 cases of cerebral vascular malformation diagnosed by DSA , with ZTE-MRA scan, to compare with conventional MRA and DSA, and analysis to analyze the, reliability and specificity of ZTE MRA. Results: TOF-MRA show 11 abnormal cases in 17 cases, and ZTE-MRA can clearly show the cerebral blood vessels and its branches in all cases, TOF-MRA display 6 cases without branch, only trunk abnormal vessel in 11 cases. ZTE-MRA can display all branch and trunk.Conclusions: ZTE technology used in MRA TE imaging technology is close to zero, to eliminate the influence of blood flow turbulence, can accurately display the abnormal vessels, initially replace invasive DSA examination.
