摘要
筒仓的智能安全运行是煤炭、电力、钢铁行业正常工作的基础,对筒仓内温度、料位、可燃气体浓度以及烟雾浓度的实时监测和预警是筒仓安全运行的保障。筒仓安全预警系统设计的主要目的是提高故障预警的实时性,提高预警系统的抗干扰能力,防止误报警。该文在数值比较法和曲线比较法的基础上提出了新的故障预测算法,该算法具有更能适合筒仓安全预警实时性的特征。为了提高预警系统的抗干扰能力,该文分别提出了开关量输入信号滤波程序设计的算法和模拟量输入信号滤波程序设计的算法。
Silo intelligent safety running is the basis of the normal work of the coal,electric power,iron and steel industry,thetemperature inside the silo,material level,the concentration of combustible gas and smoke concentration of real-time monitoring andearly warning is the guarantee of the safe operation of the silos.The main purpose of the silo security early warning system designto improve real-time fault early warning,to improve the anti-interference ability of early warning system,prevent false alarm.In thispaper,on the basis of the numerical comparison method and curve comparison method puts forward a new fault prediction algorithm,ismore appropriate to silo security early warning and real-time characteristics.In order to improve the anti-interference ability of earlywarning system,this paper puts forward the switch input signal filtering algorithm and program design and program design of theanalog input signal filtering algorithm.
