摘要
群体感应是细菌通过释放自诱导物(即信号分子)实现细胞间相互交流的一种机制,细菌通过群体感应来调控基因表达,进而调控细菌的初级代谢、调控细菌群体行为活动。细菌的群体感应对葡萄糖摄取、糖酵解途径、戊糖磷酸途径、能量代谢途径和核苷酸代谢途径进行负调控;群体感应对TCA循环、乙醛酸循环和草酸循环进行正调控。通过综述群体感应调控初级代谢主要途径的研究进展,展望群体感应研究的应用前景。
Bacterial quorum sensing is a cell- to- cell communication process by responding to signal molecules called autoinducers. Through quorum sensing, bacteria regulate gene expression, primary metabolism and coordination of collective behaviours. In bacterial, the glucose uptake, glycolysis pathway, pentose phosphate pathway, energy metabolism pathways and nucleotide metabolism are downregulated by quorum-sensing, while the TCA cycle, glyoxylate cycle and oxalate cycle are up-regulated.The review focuses on advances in the regulation of primary metabolism by quorum sensing. In addition,prospective of the application of quorum sensing involved in bacterial metabolisms is discussed.
